I visited the Salt Sanctuary for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was such an awesome experience! So relaxing and I felt like it was the self-care I needed. Nikki is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. I originally had contacted her about a health issue I’m experiencing (foot pain) and she spent time with me after my session in the salt room and talked me through some care techniques that may help! Her knowledge and general care for your well being is just so lovely. I’ve felt better since coming to the Salt Sanctuary on multiple levels and I look forward to coming back soon!

I have been going to the Salt Sanctuary for over a year now. Absolutely love this place. It's a great self care practice and have several health benefits. I feel so relaxed after I'm done. And the whole place has a calming vibe. The owner, Nikki, is so sweet and caring. I feel so pampered. It has also helped me tremendously with my allergies and respiratory Health overall. I have been to another Salt Room in VA that is not nearly as good and nice as this one. I have also purchased the salt bath and Pain Relief. OMG I love those stuff. It smells so good. I definitely stocked up during winter time. Lastly, Nikki takes excellent precaution during the pandemic. I completely feel comfortable being there.

My husband and I visited The Salt Sanctuary for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! The owner Nikki is so kind and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. The atmosphere and energy here felt so positive. We had never been to a salt room before and really enjoyed it, it was very relaxing! Nikki had beautifully personalized a bag with my name on it and gotten me a cupcake for my birthday which I thought was so sweet! I plan to return here in the future with my husband and friends next time! Would 100% recommend! Thank you Nikki for a great experience!

It was a pleasure to spend some time here to de-stress. You get to relax in a lounge chair, with a soft blanket, and noise-cancelling headphones. I was so comfortable, I briefly fell asleep! It definitely helped my headache I originally came in with. There is a max of 6 people in the room (if all appointments are filled) but you are very well spaced-out and there is a lot of room in the "Salt Cave" so everyone has their space. They provide you with "booties" to wear on your feet to keep things clean. The facility and equipment are very clean and the chairs are super comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. I already made my next appointment to return! Thank you!

As a Christmas present, I gave my family a sound healing at The Salt Sanctuary and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I contacted Nikki to set up a private appointment, she was wonderful. She answered all my questions and worked with me to find a good date. When we showed up for our appointment, Nikki gave us a warm welcome and set us up in the salt room with blankets and steam eye masks. Then she began with the sound bath. It was such an incredible experience. Even my skeptical husband really enjoyed it. Just being in the salt room itself was very relaxing and helpful but the sound immersion really made it special. We all walked away feeling calm and happy. Plus our breathing improved. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

This place is simply phenomenal and Nikki is a gift of light and love! From the moment that I reached out to set an appointment, Nikki made sure to make the private sound bath experience for my sister's birthday beyond special! This included personalized gift bags, yummy cupcakes and a deeply healing experience. Also, this healing atmosphere is so clean and comforting so this just elevates the experience even more. I highly recommend the Salt Sanctuary of Maryland! I know my sister and I will be back!!

Going to The Salt Sanctuary of Maryland in Elkridge for Halotherapy has proven to be my special place!!!! Having acute asthma and a host of other Allergies I sought an alternative to my numerous inhalers and pills. I am happy to say that my recent pulmonary tests showed a 25% improvement. You will love The Salt Sanctuary here in Elkridge from the moment you arrive!!!! Aside from an improvement in lung function my skin is “Aglow”!!!

I love the Salt Sanctuary. Nikki is brilliant. She works with you very closely to hear your goals and help you meet those goals. Barbara did my facial. It was such an amazing experience. The cherry on top was our salt room or salt sanctuary experience. It was 50 minutes of heaven. I loved the experience. I know you will too. This was a beautiful experience!
